The science behind my approach

Drawing on my background in neuroscience and psychology, I bring an evidence-based perspective to coaching. Rather than overwhelming you with research, I use insights from how the brain works to help you understand your patterns and responses.

When you recognise why you might feel stuck or overwhelmed, and learn ways to shift your perspective and take action, it can be both liberating and empowering.
