Evidence-Based Coaching for Intentional Life Design

Navigating life’s turning points with clarity and direction

"you can't

go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” c.s.lewis

Are you feeling unmoored by life’s changes?

Whether it’s a career shift, a relationship transition, or stepping into a new version of yourself, life’s turning points can stir uncertainty, self-doubt, or the persistent sense of being an imposter, while also opening the door to growth.

Coaching can help you navigate this space. It offers a reflective, supportive environment to untangle the noise, reconnect with what matters, and see your situation more clearly. Coaching can transform uncertainty into insight, and insight into action – helping you uncover fresh perspectives, clarify your goals, and take intentional steps forward.

Hi, I’m Kariné. I’m a professional coach with a background in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Neuroscience. I love bringing evidence-based insights into coaching in ways that are practical and applicable. My focus is on helping you move past limiting beliefs, build resilience, and strengthen self-efficacy – so you can navigate uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

Who I Work With

I support people who are navigating moments of transition – both, the chosen and the unexpected. Some clients come to coaching because they want to make a change but don’t know where to begin. Others are adjusting to life events they didn’t anticipate, such as redundancy, relationship shifts, or changes in health or identity. Many feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by competing demands, or disconnected from their sense of direction. Some are high achievers who struggle with imposter feelings, pressure, or burnout, despite appearing outwardly capable. And some simply want a grounded, reflective space to gain clarity and move forward with more confidence and intention.

Whether you are recalibrating after a major life shift or preparing for something new, coaching offers a structured and supportive place to explore your next steps.

This includes neurodivergent clients, as my approach adapts to different cognitive styles, sensory needs, and ways of processing the world.

"I had an incredibly enriching and enlightening time working with Kariné. Each session was so informative, expansive and eye opening. Kariné is such a natural and genuine teacher, she has a very calming and soothing presence and never failed to truly see me."
