I\u2019m a professional coach with a Doctorate in Clinical Neuroscience from UCL and a BA in Psychology from British Columbia, Canada. I\u2019ve always been deeply curious about how the human mind works \u2014 and how understanding it can help us create meaningful change in our lives.<\/p><p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"810\">My own path has been shaped by many transitions: changing careers, living in different countries, navigating single parenthood, and managing life with chronic pain. I was keen to do it but was nevertheless very anxious and stressed about the amount of work involved, the pressure it would put on my already busy schedule and even if it was worthwhile from an artistic viability perspective. I can honestly say that without Karin\u00e9\u2019s guidance, the exhibition wouldn\u2019t have happened at all. It was hugely successful, and I am eternally grateful to her for working with me on self-perception and helping me to evaluate the challenges in a composed and logical way.
